File Storage​

All session files will be sent upon the conclusion of the appointment. Your engineer may keep a copy of your files per your convenience. Out of session transfers are available by request. Ultimately, you are responsible for your files.

File Distribution​

• Upon completion of payment, digital bounce exports will be available via email, AirDrop, or iMessage. Any additional stem export must take place during the scheduled time. Complete Pro Tools sessions are not shared; however, stems from the session are available upon request.

• Edits and services outside of scheduled session time may be provided upon request and are subject to prior discussion and agreement. Additional fees may apply.

 

Refund | Attendance​

• Booking deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is possible with a 25% rescheduling fee.

• All sales are final once payment has been completed. Refunds will only be issued in cases where we are directly responsible for the inconvenience.

• If you do not attend your appointment, or if there is no communication within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, your session will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

Smoking​

No tobacco smoking on premises. Smoking in Booth is available; additional fees may apply
