Hi, I'm Dumauri Ellis, also known as Swamii—an audio engineer, recording artist, and music producer from Richmond, Virginia. My passion for music has driven me to contribute to a wide range of creative projects in my hometown. After graduating high school in 2013, I pursued a Marketing & Sales BSA at Virginia Commonwealth University to merge my business knowledge with my growing music skills. While at VCU, I explored various music genres—Hip Hop, RnB, Jazz, country, gospel, metal, pop, and indie alternative—and honed my ability to enhance each artist’s unique sound. Since graduating in 2019, I’ve dedicated myself fully to music, focusing on artist collaboration, development, and sonic innovation.
